Do you need a solicitor and conveyancer?
No, A Licenced conveyancer undertakes legal property work exactly the same as a solicitor would. Licenced conveyancers specialize only in conveyancing. We carry out the full scope of conveyancing work which includes preparation of contracts, prepare legal documents for registration and provide legal advice on contracts for residential, commercial and rural property.

Is it safe to use a licenced conveyancer?
Yes. A Licenced conveyancer must be fully insured with Professional Indemnity fnsurance, fully licensed with the Office of Fair Trading and must complete yearly continuing legal professional education and adhere to the high professional standards of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers NSW.
